Siu “Emily” Yeung, PT, DPT, WCS
Emily received her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Temple University in 2014 and 2017, respectively. She practiced in various clinical settings including outpatient orthopaedics and inpatient acute care as a traveling physical therapist before transitioning to a full-time therapist in Chicago. Her practice in outpatient orthopaedics helped grow her interest in pelvic floor dysfunction, leading her to take her first pelvic health course through Herman and Wallace. She has gone on to attend American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Section on Women’s Health courses. She is a board-certified women’s health clinical specialist.
Emily’s clinical interests include musculoskeletal disorders of the thoracic/lumbar spine and pelvis, abdominal/core dysfunctions, pelvic floor disorders, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pre/post-partum care.
