Meredith Wu, CNM

As the daughter of a childbirth educator, Meredith Wu has been fascinated with pregnancy and birth since early childhood.  Meredith earned her Bachelor’s degree from Smith College which instilled a strong commitment to women’s issues and then attended Yale University for her graduate midwifery education.  She started working with pregnant women and their families as a doula and yoga instructor.  As a midwife, Meredith is particularly interested in low-interventive, physiologic birth; family planning, including long acting reversible contraception; and a holistic approach to care. When not at work Meredith loves to prepare and share meals with friends and family and spend time with her boy/girl twins, born into the hands of her midwife partners in 2013.
