Aimee Clark, CNM

Aimee Clark graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Her focus and passion shifted toward women’s health care when she started working with mothers, babies, and teens as a Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa and later through work in non-profit medical education. Aimee entered the Chicago birthing community as a birth doula and childbirth educator, and worked as a nurse in home birth until she graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Master of Science in Nursing as a Certified Nurse Midwife.
 
Aimee is passionate about patient-centered care and supporting physiologic birth. She believes in educating patients thoroughly with the latest evidence-based guidelines so they can make informed decisions about their care. She cherishes the long-lasting relationships forged with patients and is delighted to care for them through many life phases.
 
Aimee is the mother of two children, both delivered by midwives. In her free time, she likes to read, knit, exercise, and go on adventures with her children and husband.
