Marin Cole, PT, DPT
Marin graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology-Physiology in 2014. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2019 from New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) located on Long Island, NY. During her time at NYIT she completed a two-month clinical rotation, in Chicago, in women’s health physical therapy. Marin started her career working for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Chicago, IL, focusing in women’s health physical therapy. Marin’s passion for pelvic floor therapy has further developed through training with Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, where she is also working towards her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification. She has also received training in functional manual therapy through coursework taken with the Institute of Physical Art. Marin applies functional manual therapy techniques and movement re-education for a holistic approach in treating pelvic floor conditions. Marin’s clinical interests include chronic pelvic pain, bowel/bladder dysfunction, and pregnancy/post-partum conditions.
